Profile Sansaloni Butar Butar

Sansaloni Butar Butar is a senior lecturer at Soegijapranata Catholic University, Indonesia. He was born in 1969 in Dumai, Indonesia. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Riau University in 1995 and a Master’s degree from Gadjah Mada University Indonesia in 2002. He joined Soegijapranata Catholic University as a lecturer in 2002 and pursued his Doctoral program in 2007 at Gadjah Mada University and obtained a Doctoral degree in 2012. His research interest is the market response to financial and non-financial information on public companies in Indonesia. He teaches several courses including Financial Staement Analysis, Accounting Theory, Research Methods and Statistics. He has published a number of articles in various national journals in Indonesia such as the Journal of Accounting and Finance, Journal of Accounting and Business Dynamics, Journal of Accounting, Journal of Accounting and Auditing, and Journal of Business Accounting.
